How to Delete Your Data
If you signed in to Prizo AI using Facebook Login and would like your personal data removed, you have two options:
Option 1 — Delete your account yourself
- Log in to www.prizoai.com
- Go to Settings (top-right menu)
- Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account
- Confirm deletion — your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days
Option 2 — Contact us
Email us at info@anvyaai.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address or Facebook account name linked to your Prizo AI account. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation.
What Data We Delete
Upon account deletion, we permanently remove:
- Your profile information (name, email, business details)
- All content you have generated on the platform
- Your connected social accounts and OAuth tokens
- Payment history and subscription records (financial records may be retained as required by law)
- Any uploaded files, images, or documents
