1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Prizo AI (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Prizo AI is an AI-powered social media content generation platform for Indian businesses across 7 categories — travel, food, lifestyle, real estate, education, entertainment, and more. It generates platform-specific posts for X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp, along with reel videos, captions, hooks, and hashtags.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration.
  • You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
  • One account per business. Multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits are prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate spam, misleading or fraudulent content.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape or abuse the API.
  • Resell or white-label the Service without written permission.
  • Use the Service for anything illegal under Indian law.

5. Content Ownership

You own the content you generate. By using the Service, you grant Prizo AI a limited licence to store and display your generated content within the platform. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content is generated by AI and may not always be accurate, appropriate or legally compliant. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. Prizo AI is not liable for any consequences arising from published content.

7. Subscription & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Plan downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prizo AI is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of business or revenue.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
