When you sign up for Prizo AI, we collect:

Account data: Full name, business name, email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth).
Usage data: Content you generate (destinations, package details, posts, reel scripts) stored in our database.
Payment data: Billing is processed by Razorpay. We do not store card or UPI details on our servers.
Log data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically for security and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the Prizo AI service.
To generate AI-powered content based on your package inputs.
To process payments and manage your subscription plan.
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset).
To monitor usage and enforce plan limits.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with:

Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
OpenAI — AI content generation (your package inputs are sent to OpenAI APIs).
Unsplash — destination photo fetching for reel videos.
Creatomate — video rendering for reel mp4 files.
Razorpay — payment processing.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and generated content for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which will permanently delete all your data within 30 days.

5. Cookies

We use essential session cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and hashed passwords. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
